Workout:
Soto Method – After an extended pop-up, Soto Method is settling into their permanent home in Tribeca. This workout is a mix of strength training, sculpting, cardio and Pilates for a super-challenging workout. We are big fans of Hillary and her fast-growing Soto team!
West Side Highway– Take in the beautiful views– of attractive New Yorkers running. Go for a run or walk along the scenic West Side Highway. Be prepared to run into at least three people you know.
Coffee/Breakfast/Lunch:
Laughing Man – Founded by Hugh Jackman, this neighborhood coffee shop is a go-to for Tribeca moms post-workout in head-to-toe Alo.
Bubby’s – A New York classic and favorite of CBK and JFK Jr. The pancakes are a must. Worth the wait on line (pro tip: send someone ahead to wait for you).
Two Tribeca local essentials– Laughing Man for coffee and Bubby’s for pancakes.
Rigor Hill Market – A farm to table market serving salads, sandwiches, and artisanal goods with a focus on local ingredients. With expensive price tags, think of this as the NYC version of Round Swamp.
Los Tacos No. 1 – The best tacos in the city with no-frills counter-service.
Pick up fresh, locally sourced produce from Rigor Hill Market and go for a stroll through the neighborhood.
Dinner:
Locanda Verde – Connected to the Greenwich Hotel and just as much of a Tribeca institution serving authentic Italian pasta. Be sure to save room for tiramisu.
Au Cheval – If you can’t get a 4 Charles res, go to its sister restaurant in Tribeca for one of the best burgers in the city. The French Dip is also a must-order.
Max Restaurant – A hidden gem for Italian comfort food, Max is a cozy spot serving homemade pasta with a neighborhood feel.
Drinks:
City Vineyard – Sip rosé as you watch the sunset on the Hudson along the West Side Highway.
Puffy’s– A laid-back Tribeca staple where you can grab an afternoon beer and watch a game with friends.
Roxy Hotel– Whether it’s an afternoon latte or an evening cocktail, the Roxy Hotel’s lobby is the perfect spot to escape the hustle of the city.
Head to Puffy’s for an afternoon drink and then City Vineyard for a sunset rosé on the water.
From high-end stays to casual bites, Tribeca balances sophistication with downtown cool—making it an ideal destination for a weekend in the city. Whether you’re visiting for a night or making it a longer stay, this neighborhood always delivers.
