About the Artist
Often described as a “modern-day Slim Aarons,” Nick has built a career capturing life at its most polished and most playful. His photographs feature surreal characters, unexpected narratives and beautifully composed domestic spaces that toe the line between fantasy and familiarity. Whether documenting cocktail-hour perfection or the chaos of family life, his signature style is unmistakable: witty, refined and unmistakably American.
A Southampton native with roots in both fashion and fine art photography, Nick studied at Georgetown University before training at the International Center of Photography in New York. Over the last decade, his work has appeared everywhere from Architectural Digest to Vogue. His books A Newport Summer and Palm Beach Living have become instant classics for lovers of coastal style.
